Dear Aerial Performers and Parents,

We are thrilled to celebrate our 15th Anniversary Showcase with you this year! Our theme, Cirque Extraordinaire, is coming to life with bold elements of bling, silver, black, hot pink, and all things cirque—it’s going to be unforgettable.

Please take a few minutes to review these important updates and dates so you are fully prepared for the months ahead. More details will be shared as we get closer!

📅 IMPORTANT DATES

• Spring Break (Closed): April 6–11

• Picture Week: April 20–26

• *Aerial Photo Sessions: April 25–26

• Memorial Day (Closed): May 25

• Junior Showcase Dress Rehearsal: June 7 at 2 PM

• Senior Showcase Dress Rehearsal: June 7 at 4:30 PM

• Junior Aerial Showcase: June 14 at 2 PM

• Senior Aerial Showcase: June 14 at 4:30 PM

• Summer Break: June 22 – July 5

PICTURE WEEK DETAILS

📌 Pre-order is required for individual photos. Visit: PICTURE WEEK 2026 to order in advance.

• Professional photos by Sarah Villarreal Photography will take place during regular class times. 

• Costumes will be distributed after Spring Break and must be worn to class during Picture Week.

• *All students will be included in class group photos.

• Please bring a change of clothes for after pictures.

Hair & Appearance:

• Hair must be neatly pulled back (ponytail or braid). Short hair must be secured away from the face.

• All costume pieces must be worn.

• Undergarments must be skin tone, have clear straps, or be pre-approved.

• Teens & adults are encouraged to wear photo-ready makeup.

Aerial Portrait Packages:
Limited spots available by reservation only

ATTIRE REMINDERS

(Picture Week, Rehearsal & Showcase)

• Footless dance tights required

• No visible undergarments

• No jewelry (including earrings or body piercings)

• No bracelets, hair accessories, nail polish, perfume, or lotion

• Makeup: natural/enhanced with pink lipstick

 TIGHTS

We recommend Dancewear Solutions or Discount Dance Supply, or you may order through Dede by April 5.
(Items may also be purchased elsewhere with prior approval.)

🎭 DRESS REHEARSAL

• Mandatory for all performers

• Arrive 30 minutes early

• Full performance with video and photos

• Parents are not permitted to attend

📌 ATTENDANCE POLICY

Students who miss 4 of the final 12 classes may not be eligible to perform.

We are so excited to create something magical with your dancers and aerialists this season. Thank you for your support and commitment—it truly makes the experience shine.
