Aerial Dress code
Hair must be pulled back off the face securely.
NO earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings or accessories of any kind may be worn in class. Students should take off all jewelry before coming to class so that it is not lost or misplaced.
Class attire is tight fitting workout clothes that cover the backs of your knees, abdomen, and upper arms. Students will have bare feet at all times.
Students ages 6-17 years old must wear a leotard. Adults may wear fitted shirts in place of leotards. Shirts must be able to tuck in. Students may want to bring a shirt with sleeves to protect their under arms for certain skills.
Leggings, tights, or unitards are also recommended, as they will provide more coverage for your skin. Clothes that are too baggy may become tangled in the cloth, and loose clothing or short shirts may fall over your face or gather into uncomfortable posi)ons.
NO zippers or buckles on clothing. They catch on/tear aerial fabric and can be dangerous to the student.
As this is a physical activity, please consider personal hygiene. Please have clean feet for aerial classes. Deodorant is always appreciated. Do not moisturize or put oil on your skin before class as this causes skin abrasion and makes it difficult to climb
