Transcendence operates out of Gymnastics, Inc., in Hampton, VA. With plenty of height for climbing and drops, spring floors, safety mats and a designated, fully equipped dance studio (coming this fall), students are guaranteed an extraordinary experience.
Safety is of our upmost concern; therefore, strict protocols are in place regarding equipment inspection and class etiquette.

Transcendence Aerial & Dance believes the Arts should be accessible to everyone and plays an important role in creating a healthy community. We seek to provide professional training in an environment that allows students to thrive as artists and individuals. When students commit to their training and have passionate, encouraging instructors, it serves as their catalyst to go beyond the limit of the ordinary... And, that's how we define TRANSCENDENCE.
Transcendence Aerial & Dance (TAD) was founded in 2011 by Dede Ulses. Since the beginning, TAD has operated out of and in cooperation with Gymnastics, Inc., in Hampton, VA. It started with a handful of aerial and dance students and has since grown to over 150 adults and children. In the summer of 2017, Lacey Ware joined the staff and expanded our class offerings to include dance. (Ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern, contemporary, and more!)
